Fees and Accommodation

Conference Fee

The early-bird conference fee is €425 and is payable up to 31 July 2024. This price is inclusive of all lunches and coffee breaks, the conference dinner, a group excursion, and transportation to and from the conference dinner and excursion. From 01 August 2024 until 14 October 2024, the regular conference fee will apply which is €575.

Please note that delegates who have not paid the conference fee by the start of the conference on 15 October 2024 will be charged an additional €50 late fee, thus making the late conference fee €625.

Accompanying persons are also welcome to attend any aspect of the conference. We offer a full package or half package option for accompanying persons, each with their own registration fee:

Full package (incl. lunches for four days, conference dinner, excursion, and transportation): €280
Half package (incl. conference dinner, excursion, and transportation): €150

Payment of the conference fee should be made via bank transfer to the account detailed below. Kindly indicate your name and the phrase 'COPCA-MultIChem 2024' in the transaction reference. Invoices may be issued upon request.

Accommodation

The final choice with regards to accommodation in Malta is left up to the conference attendees, although it is recommended that attendees book accommodation in the vicinity of the conference venue. Valletta boasts a number of hotels suitable for most budgets.

Alternative accommodation may also be found in the nearby towns, from which Valletta can be easily accessed by bus, on foot, or by short-distance ferry. These towns include Furjana (English: Floriana), Il-Ħamrun (English: Hamrun), Tas-Sliema (English: Sliema), and Il-Gżira (English: Gzira).

We strongly recommend that participants book their accommodation as soon as possible, particularly in light of planned festivals, concerts, and events in Malta during the late summer that may reduce the availability of cheaper accommodation.
